And Samsung is free to sell their hardware. Meanwhile across the boarder, Germany outright bans it. 	Apparently the country of Germany thinks only Apple can make "minimalist, modern form" tablets. Does that mean Apple is going to sue everyone making Ultrabooks because they look like MacBook Airs next? Apple going to sue everyone that makes a cube shaped computer? It's a shame these courts can't see what this is obviously about.
