Yeah that was a sweet video too. The modular concept beats the hell out of trying to cool one big freaking room then dealing with the fallout of trying to figure out what went wrong where or dealing with failures on that scale.

Knowing a little something about modularized container services from several angles, I still find it interesting that, that aspect works for them.

I work in the largest DC in my area, and what was in that video was at least 5 times the capacity. The power infrastructure was most impressive. We usually have to lease a few trailer generators when big storms come through. They would be just fine, and never face the kinds of outages we do.

They're wasting millions. But that's just my opinion.

And yet they still have major outages lol.

BF's company switched over to Office 360 or whatever the "cloud" version is.

One month, two major outages. Good times.
