it's starting to make high pitched squeals at me (wtf? why is my whole computer area hating on me right now?  ) can i safely pry the keys off and do a full clean with a qtip and alcohol on it? the whole thing lights up so i'm afraid to even try it right now but i have to because the noise is like nails on a chalkboard.

I've pulled my Lycosa apart a number of times with no issues. It's beginning to wear out though. How do you like your g510?

i love it but i don't really use it for more than typing.  i got it because i was fking tired of not having macro keys in rift when my main was a bard. then i quit the game before the kb showed up and i kind of forced myself to adjust to using a stick over a big ergo. if i play any mmos in the future i'm certain it will be mad helpful.
