Hello everyone,

I ran the Windows Experience test and received the following scores:

7.5
7.8
7.9
7.9
5.9

As you can see, something isn't right. I would not think the disk data transfer rate should be this low!

I installed:

1TB Seagate Barracuda Hard Drive ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148697 )

Asrock P67 Extreme4 Gen 3 mobo with SATA 6gb/sec ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157265)

and I connected it with:

Sata 6gb/sec Cable ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812123111 )

Anyone have any ideas why I am getting such a low rating?

If I recall correctly, no hard drives rate faster than a 5.9 on that index. 5.9 is the cap.

Nope, def not the cap. Well known that this particular drive only scores a 5.9 though (looking at the newegg reviews.)

I don't think that is bad, but I use an SSD.

Majority of hard drives get 5.9 on that. Want higher - get an SSD

And who actually worries about the WEP crap?
