Geez, this is almost becoming a weekly occurrence where I check my email and find another company I gave my personal information to has been hacked.

zappos.com this time. Online clothing retailer.

This is getting disturbing. Come on guys, protect that stuff better.

I've been trying to delete personal info when I can, but who knows if they truly delete or just flag it as deleted so that I can't see it anymore. Most likely the latter.

I'm going off the grid folks.

No more online shopping. Going to stick with Best Buy, Frys Electronics, and Walmart for all my worldly needs.
I'll only play first person games, I'm shutting off my Internet, cellular, and telephone service.
While I'm at it, I might put a pad lock on my mailbox (might be illegal though).
Cancelling the credit cards and ATM cards, just going to put all my money in a shoebox under my... nevermind, not telling ya'll were.

It's going to be like the 80s all over again. She-bop baby!

So long Internet. Was fun while it lasted...
