Does anybody know if we can "share" games with Origin?

ie- My brother buy a game on his Origin account and when he isn't playing it, I can log in and play it on my own PC?

You can do this legally on Steam but I don't know if Origin has some retarded EULA that says you can't do this.

Does anybody know? Thanks.
