It is being held back by my Hard Drive which is an Intel X25 80gb SSD.
Anybody know why this is happening? I thought I recalled a reason for this, but its been so long since I had to reformat and "fix everything" that I've totally forgotten.

Check and make sure AHCI is enabled in the BIOS and Registry. Check for TRIM and enable if necessary

The Windows Experience Index score? If so, clicking on the score gives you a break down of each category so you can see what lowered your score.
Don't think I'd seen any SSD score under 6 though. Running a 64 bit OS with less than 4GB could cause a low score also for example.

I think I forgot to install the intel rapid share driver which could be screwing it up.
Going to rerun the test. Everything else should be fine.

Seems that was the issue.
Reran it and the disk came in at 7.7.
CPU: 7.5
Memory: 7.6
Graphics: 7.9
Gaming Graphics: 7.9
Disk: 7.7

Maybe in 2013.... everything is dumbed down for consoles, though a few idiots from the console world still seem to think the consoles actually keep up with a gaming rig.

We PC gamers love the incremental upgrades that keep us ahead of the consoles, but the overwhelming support for consoles cannot be overlooked, unfortunately.
I wish we had PC exclusives that bled the cutting edge, but it just isn't that lucrative.
