Apple has sent out the invites for an iPad announcement for March 7th.
What we know...
It has an A5X or A6 processor or some other type of processor.
It is 9.7 inches or 8 inches or 7 inches or some other size.
It has a 2056x1568 or 1024x768 or some other number of pixels.
It's name the iPad 3 or iPad 3 Pro or iPad 3 HD or probably something with "iPad" in it.
Seriously, why even bother watching? We know everything there is to know already.

What I know:
If it has 2056x1568 or 2048x1536, I will purchase it on day 1.
If it doesn't, I wont.

They say they have been working on them for about 6 months so there might be good supply when it comes out but I doubt it, as they like to "sell out". Personally, I think "selling out" f***'s your customers.

And it probably wasn't a coincidence that Apple sent out the invites right as Eric Schmidt was starting his Google keynote at MWC. LOL.  |

Engadget had MSNBC this morning stating it would have a quad core (but they also said it would announce in NYC, which has now been proven false) so take that as you may...

I have no idea what it will ship with, but I think a lot of people need to keep in mind the resolution they are pushing, IF true. There is no way they are going to push 4 times the pixels without a decent upgrade in hardware.

iPad 2's graphics are already completely beastly compared to anything Android has yet to release in a tablet. So I don't doubt they'll probably have another monster GPU. My guess is Apple will stick with Power VR and probably have a Series 6 GPU. Though it's kinda iffy if these were ready by the time Apple started mass production, the time line seems pretty tight.
