I have 10.0.2 installed.

I'm having problem when clicking on drop down menus, it may take several clicks to get them to open or they flash up real quick and close.

Also, when I click the back button, it's like I've clicked twice, it goes back two pages.

Idea?

I've checked for mal-ware and viruses and nothing comes up

Are you sure you don't have any male-ware?

i'd start by running firefox -P from the command line, making a new profile and seeing if you get the same behavior in that new profile (no addons, base configuration)

if you do, then you know it's not firefox, but something else interfering. if it's working fine, try to narrow it down to an individual addon, or just continue using the new profile and installing addons back one by one.

Sure it's just Firefox? This sounds like the kind of thing my stupid Logitech mouse is doing right now when the left button stops responding. Probably something else, but figured I'd mention it anyway.
