obamacare will be argued soon before the supreme court and a ruling will probably be heard before the election....the decision is going to be a game breaker in the election

Yep, a lot of businesses are in a holding pattern until it is decided one way or the other.
Same with the election itself.
Both of those are going to have such a dramatic influence on business that it would be foolhardy to make any major decision before the results are in.
