Anyone playing or played this?
Got it in a bundle with my new graphics card, and I was a bit sceptical at first (big fan of the original Deus Ex), but so far it's been pretty fun stealthing around and hacking terminals.
Granted I don't remember the original that much story-wise so not sure how this prequel ties in, except the basic premise of huge multi-corps, cyber augmentation and conspiracies galore.
What did you folks think of it?

I really enjoyed Human Revolution. The game isn't perfect due to some poor design decisions (allow us to build a stealth character then make the bosses 100% combat based) but it was well worth my time.
I like how you can choose to play in so many different ways and they are all equally viable.
I am playing through and making sure I do a stealth takedown on every single enemy without ever being seen.

I couldn't get over that it was set in 2027. Come on. In just 15 years, we're going to be living in a Blade Runner future? The only changes since 1997 IRL have been that our phones have less battery life, hold more porn, and beep a lot more every time a family member tweets about the lunch they just had. That's about it.
In 2027 we won't have cyber-implants, holo-displays, cool VTOL aircraft that can fly us to China, or invisible boss chicks. We'll just have phones with 2 terabytes of porn storage with 30 minutes of battery life, even shittier sitcoms on NBC, and cars and guns that look exactly the same as the outdated crap we've got now.

hehe.. was fun doing the game non lethal with no lethal weapons what so ever..
until the first boss arrived..

Missed the dart gun totally, where do you get that?
Instead I resort to a mix of silent takedowns (police headquarters) and pistol/assault rifle to the head.
