I'm also doing some indoor stuff this year and hope it turns out. Tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, bean and watermelon.
I'm not sure how this is going to play out but the sprouts seem to be doing well. I just transplanted the melon and a couple of tomato sprouts. I transplanted my cucumber yesterday.
I started them in a grower with garden soil enriched with Miracle Gro. I was careful not to over-do the MG because it can burn young plants.
I'm hoping to have some stuff to eat from there by the mid/end of May (assuming stuff lives, lol)
