I do not know what is going on but I have had this insane protein cravings the last week, I have forgone my usual regiment of Müsli and buttermilk and just gone for a high protein diet.
This morning I had: one home made burger patty left over from last night (just minced chuck and sirloin mixed with bullfighter sauce, some chipotle sauce, shallots, black pepper, salt and some bad byron's buttrub) chicken sausage a fried tomato, ruccola salad and 2 eggs sunny side up with black pepper and salt.. and a huge cup of black tar!

It's more likely you're craving the fat.
Studies lately have been saying that a high fat breakfast is one of the healthiest, so gj.
