Cool, it just so happens I was checking out a large new higher end supermarket yesterday down the block from me. They have a tremendous amount of stuff which is really cool but I happened to notice that they had a large bin of Chia seeds. It was funny to see them since I have not seen them offered before outside of a TV ad. 
I'll have to pick up a half a cup or so and incorporate them into something to try em out.

I use chia a lot, it's a great source of protein and healthy fats..
