YES.

Damned Canadians keep getting all uppity and thinking they can have separate trade agreements, etc.

They need to get in line with being America's Hat and just stfu.

it is probably a good idea to get China hooked on Canadian oil, that way when we pull the plug on their agreement, China will have to deal with a significant temporary shortfall.
