I played in a charity poker event last night in Chicago. 350 people, for one seat in the WSOP Main Event.


I came in second. I won a pretty sweet prize package, but obviously being that close to the Main Event stinks. Heads up was only two hands.


I had = 2.1 million chips

he had = 1.2 million chips


Hand 1: Me A7os Him A10s, Him calls BB ($400k), Me pushes

Dealer announces my kings as winner, as I sit there stunned at the runner runner flush he just hit to go to the WSOP Main Event.


The 2nd place prize is pretty sweet, with Bulls vs. Knicks tickets, and a weekend at Ceasars in Vegas + $700 in gift cards. Just thought I'd share because I know there are a few card players on here.
