do we start to reign in and place more control over the people who take our money and spend it like it doesnt belong to them?

i was out walking my mutt tonight and the local city snow plow went by (keep in mind its all slush and this guy is just doing this so he can grab a little overtime and milk the city for some money) running every stop sign between both main roads.
he was driving like he thought he was above the law because his little yellow light was flashing.


first of all, wtf is the plow doing out on the cities dime tonight, anyway? we all know its far too warm for the snow to actually stick to anything.
and second, wtf makes this guy think hes above the law?


why will no other city enforcement do anything about it but they will ride my burried dandylion for 400 bucks?
