I just noticed that the SF Giants are scheduled to play 27 preseason games.
That's a lotta damn baseball.

they could play all year. it's not like it's a strain on anyone's body aside from the pitchers and catchers. but if they didn't have an off-season they wouldn't have as much time to get fat and drunk.
