Long story short, a woman wins a $1 million lottery, pays about half of that in taxes, and still gets and uses welfare, which is about $200 a month. Is she mooching off the system, or is it the state's fault for this loophole, since it's not like everyone on assistance wins the lottery and all.

I have some thoughts on this, but I'll hold back so we can have some discussion on this topic. Basically, is she right for taking state aid still, or should she get off of it since she's got $500k now?
