No I don't want to spend 10 million euros hiring a scout from romania who is an expert in the romanian youth market. I don't think there have been 10 million euros worth of players coming out of romania in the history of the world.

I got Football Manager 2012 (it was on sale) the same day I got Mass Effect 3. So far I've spent more time with the former. And I'm not a fan of soccer.
My scout keeps reporting on people I have no hope of affording. I'm playing some fourth-rate team from Bogwater, England. My budget barely covers the cost of a used Yugo.
