I spent the weekend at the new house tearing out a kitchen wall, a built in in the living room (and framing in a new flush wall), installing a garage door opener, and carrying boxes into a three story house. I feel like someone went to work on my shoulders and legs with a bat, although I haven't slept this well in ages.
