Personally I practice an ancient Benedictine monastic form of meditation. There are so many ways to meditate , it really doesnt matter which way is your personal preference. It just seems to permeate throughout the way you live.

Twin Peaks was a brilliant show really ahead of it's time. It's too bad they caved to ABC and revealed Laura Palmer's killer too soon. If Lynch had his way, we never would have found out who killed her, but I don't think that would have been fair either.
