My friends have this neighbor who has a few dogs of various sizes. There is one that always gets out and he will yell for it, etc.

The cops show up and he gets arrested. Apparently he was smearing peanut butter on his balls for the dogs. He was also found in possession of child porn.

/wtf is rong with people.
