Now this is something the Bible teaches which not many other religions teach and I wish more people including myself tried to do it.
Its easy to love your friends, mate, and family. Its difficult to love your enemies

Loving your enemies is a fundamental teaching of Buddhism and spiritual teaching in general. Jesus understood that each individual is on their own spiritual journey and to take things personally that any individual has done to you is pointless. Our spiritual journey we all endure is filled with hurdles, failures, pain, sorrow, successes and bliss. In order for our spirits to grow in maturity and wisdom we MUST go through these painful lessons as well as experience bliss. Every hurdle is a rung on the ladder toward an enlightened state of being. NO one said it was easy but I find that controlling the negative voice in your mind and controlling the negative and toxic influences in your life helps push you in the right directions.

IF push comes to shove as this world collapses and I am starving I will LOVE someones ribs or thigh-chops.
Until then, don't be an asshat.
