whiplash neck injuries

i was in a car accident on Friday night and still have a stiff/sore neck. is this the sort of thing that can be fixed by a massage?
i was in the backseat of a suzuki swift that got rear ended by a car that was rear ended

Not a single one, no, though it would probably help. Depending on the severity, time is about the only thing that fixes that.
It will stiffen up periodically for awhile.
