	There is a place in Jacksonville that doesn't take pennies anymore. They don't round up though. Only down. We asked the owner about it and he said that since most people pay with cards now they don't lose much because of it.

	Credit Card companies will probably amend their agreements to prohibit any retailer from rounding down for cash users if they don't round down for credit card users too.
