Try being more descriptive on what your problem is.

The only issue directly related to AC (not decal) and Windoes 7/Vista is that Win7/Vista don't allow programs to modify files in the program files directory anymore. So that means you either want to give the program admin permissions (which I think you have to do again after each monthly update since it replaces the client file) or install outside of the program files directory such as c:\asheronscall.


Other problems that are not related to what version of windows you use are typically router issues which require port forwarding. http://forums.ac.turbine.com/showthread.php?t=44535

Well since your issue is not explained there are a number of htings it could be. I would recommend installing AC in its own folder on your C drive (as shown above) and running it as administrator (or putting it in run in windows XP mode). Anti-Virus doesn't seem to be an issue with win7, but it was with Vista. Ports are generally the #1 issue people face.
