So far I've seen that Frostfell has more, but the people of MT seem to be nicer.
I think that mostly comes from population. The buttfaces go where they can "assert their power". Not to say that there aren't nice folks on FF; just gotta look through the screen of immaturity.
You should honestly try them both to see what you prefer. Playing with a bigger population is not always the key to having fun and longevity within the game. Wish you the best.
