Tumerok and Cloak animation

Un-subbed in august cause work has me bogged down - coming back in a few weeks.
How is the animation for cloaks? Do they move or are they static.
What do you guys think of Tummies? Do they make cool combat sounds

when I turn the cloak on, I feel like I'm 6 again running around the house with a big bath towel round my neck... they move a little bit... not as bad as I thought they would be
