Looks like you are right in honor of maggie her great work for all these years. If you really think of it she fits in the Arcanum group since she does store all the game info e and put them in a database.
She did a wonderful job and I often used her site and game related stuff quest or just quick way of getting around.
Ned was her vassal and they work together in the game
