Help geting ingame

Ok when I log on I get to the char select screen but after I hit enter I see the hud and blackness where there should be portal space. After seeing this for about 2 mins I red link off. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Sounds like you need to enable port forwarding on your router. I believe I have ports 9000-9030 forwarded.
