how would i go about getting my old account back if i no longer remember the login info or anything like that anyone know how?

Turbine may be able to help you if you provide info like character name, server name, etc... If it's an old account that needs migration, try this:
http://ac.turbine.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=450

If that doesn't help, a phone call to Turbine never hurts.
