Problem With Account Subscribing

Anyone have a problem with the game telling you that you do not have a valid subscription? I have subscribed and when I go to download the client information it tells me I can not. I have e-mailed Turbine, but no luck and of course their phone support has been unavailable for about 2 days now. Any Suggestions?

Hey Elrith, how's it going? I'd like to re-sub sometime if only for just a couple days. I really don't have the first clue how to do it anymore. So ya'll are still safe. lol.
