Epic 2h Dex set, 9th tink.
4 times out of 4 when it's been 99% to succeed, it vaporizes. Dammit!

This is a known bug where the % chance is not showing properly.

You do realize that 99% does not equal 100%, right?
And at least it was 2h dex and not like missile dex or coord dex.

So you got burned 3 times and didn't learn from prior mistakes. I have no sympathy for you. Especially on 9th tink, just use a rare.
