From the Melee Rare Weapon vendor in Arwic, whats the best overall weapon offered in each of the three classes; finesse, light, and heavy?
Melee Rare Vendor tells you, "Choose wisely and wield the weapon with purpose."

Each rare weapon is the respective best in its class at what it does.
For PVM you'd do well to take one with a rend, PVP I'd look for one with BZ's Hate.
Or you could always sell it and use the funds to buy two or three excellent tinked weapons.
