I do have an iPad 2 and an iPhone 4 and an iTouch 4 so anything the Roku can do, I can add to the Apple TV. I'm looking for performance. Lag issues with these devices?

I have 3 Roku's in my house. We subscribe Amazon Prime and Netflix, but TBH Prime is a redundancy. However, we use Amazon for all of our rentals.

None, but highly dependant on your bandwidth. I use 6MB/s and is fine. It auto degrades to lower res on band slowdowns. You do need to stop then resume to get back HD if this happens. I love roku.

I just did a Speedtest at speedtest.net and got 9 ping, 24.4 Mb/s download and 3.62 Mb/s upload direct to my computer.
22 Ping, 18.21 Mb/s down and 3.71 Mb/s up on the iPad after putting in a dual band N wireless router. I'm guessing that a Roku or Apple TV will have plenty of bandwidth for watching HD streamed, right?
