When I was down south we had a place that made heart attack in a cup, scrambled eggs topped with crushed bacon, topped with grits with tons of butter all in a cup. A great way to start the morning.

Good evening.
You all have gotten me thinking. There was this place I used to go to years ago sometimes for breakfast. It had the best country fried steak and gravy. I'd always get that, with a couple eggs and hash browns. 
I miss that place.

There is a place like that here, called The Forest Diner. LOVE their country fried steak and gravy. It's a shame they will be closing in about a year from now. The owner of the land sold it and they are building another industrial area.
