Burnett is on the pirates, lol. i think i was one of the few NY fans who didnt dislike him. i didnt like his negative attitude at times, especially when it appeared to be toward his teammates, but im a fan of good strikeout pitchers. if he hadnt had that loss streak in the middle of the season, which combined with the fact that lots of people didnt like his negative attitude/tattoo image, i dont think he would have been traded - he could have gotten away with one, but not both. annoyed that jobas ankle got broked.
Lets be honest here too... the NL central is not the AL east either (Especially with Pujols and Fielder gone!!!). Hopefully that combined with the fact there isnt too much pressure on this team to do well will hopefully bring out the best in him. The NY media is relentless, he can be laid back here.
