Bloodthirster is a really stupidass fucking OP item lol.
I never realized it stacked from minion/jungle mob kills.
I think I had heard this a while back that it does but it never clicked.. getting +40 AD and +8% lifesteal for farming minions is stupid OP.
Now I know why downy kids play AD carries.

I usually get 2 of them, jack up damage/like 60% lifesteal/attack speed n crit chance. I would def be considered a LOL noob though so what do I know.
