The Camelot Herald has posted a letter from the Producer, Stuart Zissu :
Since the beginning our community has been very vocal about what they want for DAoC, and why they want it. It?s great to have such an active community that truly cares about the product and I wanted to take this opportunity to break away from the normal ?Producer?s Letter? and try respond to some of the feedback we get on a regular basis.

Oh it hurts! For humanities sake, make it stop hurting!
and while we're at it...

and...
"they each have subtle differences which result in them to playing differently and..."
It helps to have a second pair of eyes peruse an official communication with your customers before making it public!

Shorter: we'll give you more minor class tweaks and loot grind. You can forget about any interesting changes to RvR or fixes to major problems like the lag and ghosting.

I would agree with you if we were talking about just a plain ole VN post by some random Mythic employee, but this is an official communication to customers on the official company website. It's being sold as an official "Producer's Letter" to customers, that's apparently supposed to hold some weight with customers as being significant in some sort of way. [Although to me it's pretty clear they don't intend to actually put anything of substance into these anymore!]
I think it's pretty clear it was hastily typed up, or at least the writer forgot to have a second pair of eyes check it.
Kinda shows how much thought, time, and effort was placed into this official communication! 
P.S. besides the latter 2 items are not grammar but plain ole typos, and easy to spot if you actually spent just 1 extra minute re-reading the text before posting it publicly on your companies web-page.

Not really. I didn't see anything carrot like in that letter. No mention at all of anything new or changing.
He just seemed to make two brief comments about the feedback they've gotten about class balance and the live events.
