Can't buy items in housing.

Coming back after years of not playing. Decided it would be best to start a new toon than to mess around with one of my old ones. Gave the new toon some plat and headed to housing for some leveling gear. I searched for an item and went to buy, the window just closes. what is going wrong?

Don't worry, you just need to find out what zone (Ywain1-9) the house is, and zone there via the channeler. Then try and buy again
