nvm - delete.

It worked no problem when I updated billing information for an account on Sept 28, it gave me the free 14 days, so my account is active until Oct 12. Now I tried on another account and there's no free time. Seems weird, you HAVE to do it exactly on Sept 28 or you don't get the re-enlistment bonus? I logged into the account centre online, pressed activate, usually you get a message pop-up right when you do this, but I got nothing, and entering billing data didn't help.
Edit: figured it out..

I just did it 1 min ago and it said I get 14 days free.

Nvm. I think the changed the method on how you do it. The other day I had to log in and go through the normal activation process. This time I saw a link on the account management page... name and password, click yes and you're good to go. Much easier, good job Mythic.
