Please lower Mesmerize in Dem line from level 30 to level 24 or lower.


We have these spells, we should be able to use them in Thid.

Can we also get slam and pbt in thid as well since we get them at higher levels

All that really needs done to vamps is nerf the stealth lore while in groups already. Pretty cool when fg's cross near ya and the skilled vamp gets ya with SL!!

You obviously have not played thid in awhile and thats what this is targeted for. Mids and albs classes have access to way more cc and other beneficial spells then hib classes at lower levels. Hibs could use some help(except for NS).
