stuck on Archived server housing

I logged in to transfer my old toon, i havent played in over a year since before warhammer came out and I have a toon on Lamorak i want to transfer. So i logged into my hero and none of the teleporters work nor can i walk out of the main entrance of the zone. I think i need to go to the capital to do a quest in order to do the transfer correct? Sorry ive been gone so long I dont know the whole process.
Also a side question if we have toons on gaheris are they stuck there for now?

Talk to the NPC with the knot over his head; accept quest.
Talk to him again; finish quest.
You have to /freexfer Ywain#.
Logout.
Make sammich.
Eat sammich.
Come back to Ywain#.
Reset realm skills.
Complain about other realms being op'd.
Enjoy.

You do need to do a quest.. But, the quest guy is right in front of you.. Click him once to take the quest, and then
click on him again to finish and receive your reward. Make sure you have at least 10 empty slots open in your
bag.. As you'll get some ML tokens to use.
Once you've done that, its time to /freexfer ywainX (x being the server you want to move to).
Just type /freexfer and it'll give you the correct information to do the transfer.
Log out of your account, give it 5 mins or so, and then log back in. Select the ywain server
you picked, and see if your toon is moved.
P.S. Ywain1 is almost FULL for housing.. So, its best not to pick that server, if you plan on getting a house.

One question though, when I logged in initially maybe i didnt notice that guy, but I was out at housing near my old guild house so from what i briefly read I thought i had to go to the capital so teleporter didnt work so i ran to entrance to get to capital manually, so now im at the entrance and I dont see an npc with the knot above his head anywhere. Is there a specific location?

In Midgard it was one of them Royal Accountant, or Royal Pen-Wiper, that hung out in Jord right next to the entrance to King Eric's fab crib.

The Royal Accountant is next to the Kings' throne room of each respecive realm. They should have the quest/ML token reward for you.

Been a while since I have x-fered a toon and have not moved any from housing that were needing ml quest but the npc is probrably in main market in housing not housing entrance

Hey.
The guy you want is in the central marketplace of the primary housing zone (meath, caerwent, eirikstaad)
