What is the difference in these 2 abilities or are they the same? 2 of vamps piercing styles use this condition, 1 for evade and 1 for parry. Is that the only difference in the style use? I mean in physical terms, I would imagine parry as I am diverting the others blade to avoid the hit where evade would be twisting aside so their blade misses me altogether.
Follow up question. Would 25% parry or evade be the same as 25% fumble? Meaning with fumble, they have 1/4 chance to not swing their weapon whereas with the others they swing but have 1/4 chance to miss the hit so wouldn't that be the same? And if the same, wouldn't the parry or evade buff be better then fumble because they would work on multiple targets hitting you wereas fumble you would need to cast on each attacker if multiple (thinking pet classes). But does fumble work on casters as well or just melee?
From Herald Vamp spells:
Buff (Parry, Castable In Combat)
Target's ability to parry melee attacks increases. May be cast while in combat.
Buff (Evasion)
Target's ability to evade melee attacks increases.
Debuff (Fumble)
Target's chance to fumble an attack is increased.
