Hey guys,


I am new to Ywain5 server and I wanted to know how the housing situation was on it. Is there empty lots? If not, what are they selling for?


Also, How much does it cost to place a house on the lot?

How much does it cost for a merchant?

There are empty lots in Ywain5 housing. Hibside, anyway.

Cottage = 1P
House = 5P
Villa = 10P
Mansion = 25P

Porch = 500g (required for merchant)
Merchant = 1p.

Note that you will likely want a Bindstone as well. Another plat.

And a Vault or eight. 1P per.

Last I checked there were plenty of lots in ywain5. I see a lot in Old Sarum.

Edit: In alb that is.
