We are a group of five, currently trying to slay Leviathan. Our group has access to a variety of characters. We have tried focus pulling, with two Suppression SM's to deal with the parasites, and two Seers to heal. We also tried replacing one of the Suppression SM's with a Thane (has COTS, ae hammers, more HP, protect and guard. We can cope (most of the time) with the adds but once the Zephyrs start coming we tend to fold pretty quickly.


Does anyone know the current set up to killing this mob? We probably need more people, which might be a problem as all but me in the group only speak Greek.

I did kill him with 8-10 chars incl. bots for buffs etc. we did it once with 8, but it was really hard.

you need 2 blockers (i.e. 1 warrior, 1 valk), 2 shamans (2 fops), 2 pbaoe, 2 healers (aug/aug or aug/pac). If you like additional thane/warrior.

you need to tnaks in case one dies while zephyr, shamans are to buff and heal, occasionally dotting leviathan, valk for tanking/blocking/shout of the 1000 storms the pbae at the healers, each combo shaman/healer/pbaoe and one blocker switching to where the most adds are.

then about 10-20 minutes time. with the same setup we kill kraken afterwards.

usually we were 7-8 active and 2-3 bots.

An aug/mend healer, shaman buffbot, and 3 dark/summon SMs (with charmed adolescent salamander pets) works quite well if all the SMs have ml9.
