Hey everyone, I've been having a lot of FPS issues with DAoC Even though my PC should be more than able to handle it..


Specs are:


OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

CPU: AMD Athlon II 250 x2 (REGOR) 3.0GHz Dual core (Not OC'd)

RAM: 4GB GDDR3

HDD: 320 GB Western Digital

GPU: ATi Radeon HD4850 (XFX) w/ 625MHz GPU clock and 993 MHz Memory clock (Not OC'd)


Catalyst Settings:


16x SMOOTHVISION HD: Anisotropic filtering

4x AA (Edge-detect) 12x Samples

Everything else is set to Max Quality.


DAoC settings are set to max w/ 1366 x 768 Resolution... This FPS issue usually only occurs when running into large groups of people in NF.. Sometimes the FPS dips down to 7 but normally is at 90+.


Going to test a few settings out and see what happens, if theres any better suggestions i'd love to here it.


Edit: I should also note that im running a bot account in the background as well.
