...But herald only shows 1334 online on entire ywain... it shows 1334 everytime i check wether its morning or evening etc. is it just the amount of action theese days ? or is it more like the 3k+ish ?

the herald population on servers is bugged, that number is almost the people that is on a realm at peak hours.

The numbers during primetime are more in the 3000 range. Ywain doesn't have a population issue yet.
