If u have the quest and its ends,can it still be done??
or when it ends,it ends??

Im wondering if I should take the time to get the quest on all my 50's or not,not gonna if it ends regardless...

When the event ends, the pumpkin patches disappear.
Without the pumpkin patches to click, you can't complete the quest.

The quest is an annual quest, so if you have it in your journal for a year, you can complete it the next year (and possibly get two at that time, not sure).
The item is nice, but I wouldn't call it essential. IMHO.
